- promoting access to and learning through Open Educational Resources (OER) to develop high level HR recognition and evaluation skills.

HOW THE ORGANISATION WILL CONTRIBUTE TO THE DISSEMINATION AND EXPLOITATION OF THE PROJECT RESULTS

The MMHER project will contribute to the dissemination of the GrEnFIn Erasmus+ Knowledge Alliance by offering the opportunity to distribute information to the members of the MEEHR Community (https://www.facebook.com/groups/449644925704490), which will be kept operating after the completion of the project and beyond the MMEHR EU funded period.
The MMEHR Community joins European multidimensional and multicultural Human Resources experts having completed the MEEHR course and activities, who share interests, resources and discussions on the topic of multicultural recognition and evaluation 4.0.

In line with the key elements of the Innovation Union and the EU Higher Education Modernisation Agenda, the GrEnFIn Erasmus+/Knowledge Alliance project aims to provide the Energy Sector's stakeholders (energy providers, private companies, research institutes) the figure of the Sustainable Energy experts professional, i.e. European high skilled professionals capable to face the changing challenges in the field with an inclusive global logic. Its main expected results are the development of an innovative Joint Master Degree in the Green Energy and Finance targeting young students, but also a Professional Module to train companies' staff and experts already active in the labor market.
